Opinion sentence is a form of sentence which contains an idea, view, response and response expressed by someone about something, but the truth cannot be ascertained.

The characteristics of opinion sentences include:
1. The sentence that is in it is subjective.
2. The truth of the sentence has yet to be proven.
3. Statements of general opinion sentences can be in the form of suggestions, ideas, advice, or arguments in private.
4. This sentence is also speculative or conjecture.
5. The stated data is usually inaccurate or inaccurate.
6. In it often uses farsa or words that take facts, like maybe, I think, if, and so on.

3. Based on Perception

Examples of opinion sentences about health:

Health is a condition of complete physical, mental and social well-being and is not simply the absence of illness or weakness. The understanding of health has shifted over time.

Health has a valuable value, therefore we must maintain it properly. It is better to prevent than to treat, especially degenerative diseases or non-communicable diseases.

Based on information from the Ministry of Health, it can be seen that degenerative diseases or non-communicable diseases have spread in big cities to small cities. This proves that there is a shift in the pattern of health and disease in society.

This can happen because the prosperity of the community begins to increase. Various processed food and beverage products have begun to enter remote villages even though their nutritional content is low. Moreover, now the marketing of these products is increasingly being promoted on social media.

The people's lifestyle tends to be consumptive rather than productive. This also applies to eating and drinking patterns. The emergence of this disease is not only experienced by Indonesia. There is also a way to treat it that requires a lot of time and money.

Therefore, before this degenerative disease attacks, we better prevent it. One of the efforts that the government can make is to require packaged food and drinks to be labeled with nutritional content.
